They did not respond to me. When I read the FAQ it implied that unless there was a scheduled ticket you had a range in which to pick up your vehicle. Get You Guide did not make it clear that the 24 hours started when the store opened at 9:30. When we showed up later in the day we were not able to get a Vespa.
