“Lots of driving, beautiful scenery. Made 3 stops, one at a winery, anther at a scenic photo spot and another at a tourist trap full of overpriced nonsense. The driver did not ask us what we would like, he was friendly enough but didn't really seem to care, was just going through the motions. I am glad that I got to see the Tuscan scenery, but it could have been a much better experience.”

From Livorno: Florence Hop-On Hop-Off Shore Excursion

4.Florence Hop-On Hop-Off Shore Excursion

★★★★★★★★★★3.4 · 54 reviews · 8 hours · from $78Best value

You’ll meet an English- or Spanish-speaking host in Livorno, ride by coach to Florence, and use a City Sightseeing hop-on hop-off ticket to reach major sights. Expect about 1.5 hours each way, plenty of walking, traffic delays, and limited time for bus stops.

“The service was on time, clean, and easy to use. We did not have time for the hop on hop off due to other activities, the transfer from the port was good stuff. A word of caution. There is a lot of traffic between the port and Florence, the drive takes approx. 1.5 hrs in each direction, use the restrooms BEFORE you get on the bus, there isn’t one available for use onboard and when you reach Florence it’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest public convenience.”
